How do I scan a receipt?

Open SpendSavvy, tap the + button, then choose Camera or Upload. Point your camera at any receipt and the AI will extract all items, prices, and totals automatically.

My receipt total doesn't match. What should I do?

Tap any field on the Review Details screen to edit it manually. You can also tap individual items to correct prices or quantities. Our AI is highly accurate but works best with clear, well-lit photos.

How do I delete a receipt?

Open the receipt, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Receipt. This action is permanent.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → SpendSavvy, then tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data backed up?

Yes — all your receipts and data are securely stored in the cloud and accessible whenever you sign in.

How do I delete my account?

Go to SpendSavvy → Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also email us at support@spendsavvyapp.com to request deletion.

Does SpendSavvy work outside the US?

Receipt scanning and budget tracking work worldwide. Price comparison is currently optimized for US retailers.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Please email support@spendsavvyapp.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
